Fundraising for the RDA
The link attached shows how much everyone appreciates any money raised for the RDA. A very popular way of raising money at Thornton Rose is Partner a Pony Scheme as this allows the volunteers to look after and ride the horses when there are no classes on. What other fundraising ideas do you have?

We are doing fundraising by going bag-packing in Sainsbury's at Straiton on the 3rd of Jan 2008, so hopefully we will raise some money. As an employee of Sainsbury's and a volunteer of the RDA usually the bag-packers who come are actually successful in the amount of money donated by customers. So come support us please!!
as a fellow sainboos staff member it really helps whn people come to pack :) and customers are always more thn happy to give money
Yeah it is good when we don't have to pack for customers as it takes so long especially when there are huge queues
We also have a Christmas party at the RDA and there will be raffle tickets available so please let me know if you would like any - all money raised will help greatly!!

Great to see all the work you are doing for RDA, they are a brilliant organisation! Me and my collegue are doing the PR for the World's Biggest Riding Lesson, which the RDA have organisaed to raise money for the charity! Have you heard of this before? You should get your local RDA groups to get involved!
